Support the Next Generation: Mentorship Opportunity for the Class of ’75

As part of the Class of 1975’s 50th Reunion celebration, Dirk Denison is partnering with the Alumni Office to help launch a new alumni mentoring initiative—and you’re invited to help pilot it. This alum-to-alum program is designed to connect recent graduates with alumni whose professional paths and life experiences align with their interests. The initiative will officially launch after reunion weekend.

Through this new platform, young alumni will be able to browse mentor profiles and request connections with individuals whose backgrounds resonate with their goals. By sharing your own career journey and experiences, you’ll play a valuable role in creating a visible, approachable network of support for the next generation of Cranbrook alumni.

Dirk, our 2025 Distinguished Alumnus, will speak at Commencement on June 6, where he’ll share with the graduating class that the Class of 1975 is committed to supporting them as they begin their journeys beyond Cranbrook.

Implementation of the mentoring platform will begin following reunion, and participants will always have the flexibility to define the scope and nature of their mentor-mentee relationships.
